A TEACHER has won �50,000 compensation after suffering work-related stress in a landmark case which unions believe could trigger hundreds of similar claims.
The pay-out, believed to be the largest of its kind in Scotland, came after a protracted battle between teaching unions and a local authority over the teacher's workload.
